HEATHER O'ROURKE

Heather began her career in radio in 1992 as an intern at Metro Traffic Control. She started as a producer, then finally landed an on air fill in gig! Eventually she was "up in the air," literally, flying one thousand feet over the tri-state area reporting traffic... did we mention she is not comfortable flying?! She got her feet back on the ground reporting from a comfy chair in 1994 and has been reporting traffic "safely" ever since. You can see Heather reporting the latest traffic snarls everyday on Channel 7 during the 5pm news.
